BUYING ON THE STYLIST DEPOT

Do I need to register before buying products?

No, TheStylistDepot.com provides a guest checkout feature so that customers don't have to sign up for an account and can simply just enter the minimum amount of details required to process their order.
Once you have chosen what you want to buy by adding products to your cart, you can simply make your purchase.

Nevertheless, we encourage you to register as it will allow you :

  • to save time during future visits and purchases, 
  • to better track your orders,
  • to create Wish List.

 

How do I register?
It is easy to register on TheStylistDepot.com and it's completely free.

Simply select 'Sign Up or Create New Account' wherever indicated and fill in the relevant details before submitting.
After your application has been completed, you will be sent an email containing your welcome note. You will then be free to log in as a Member - all you need to do it to make a note of your chosen User ID and password, as this will be needed every time you wish to log on to the Site.


Are under 18's able to use the site?
Under 18's are welcome, however parental agreement and supervision must be sought.


I have forgotten my user ID and/or password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, please click HERE and enter your email address, and your password/ID will be forwarded to your registered email.


May I cancel my membership?
Should you wish to cancel your membership, TheStylistDepot.com will be sorry to see you go - but your wish to do so will be understood! Please note that the Terms & Conditions will apply to you at all times regardless of your Membership status. Simply send an email to contact@thestylistdepot.com informing Administration of your wish to cancel your membership. Please include your User Name. Don't forget that you'll be welcome to re-join at any time.


Will my personal details be available to other members?

Do you guarantee the quality, condition and authenticity of items?



AUTHENTICITY, QUALITY & CONDITION

How do I know the item is authentic and in good condition?
Each product is authentified by our team : brand authenticity, quality and condition are being carefully verified.
Since they are all pre-owned, they can have imperfections or signs of wore, which is indicated in each product description page and visible on the photos.

What if I still have a question about an item?
You can use the REVIEW TAB at the bottom of every product page to ask us a question about a specific product.
Alternatively, see our contact page link at the bottom of all pages to reach us directly.

How are sizes displayed?
We list each garment with its marked size. Checkout our Side Guide page to view size conversion charts.



PAYMENTS

What are the payments methods that you accept?
We accept all major credit cards : MasterCard, Visa, Carte Bleue, American Express, ….
You can also pay us using your Paypal account. Please note that if you wish to pay with American Express or Discover credit cards, you will be redirected to Paypal secured payment page.

Is it safe to enter my Credit Card informations on your website?
Payments using MasterCard, Visa, Carte Bleue, are secured and processed through OGONE, which is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This certification and its rules are set by Visa, MasterCard, American Express... This standard guarantees save storage and handling of your credit card and bank account data under highest data security standards.
Payment using American Express, Discover Network cards, are secured and processed through PAYPAL.

Do you accept orders over the phone, via fax or cheques in the post?
Unfortunately not, due to security we are unable to accept payments over the phone, via fax or cheques in the post. Payment must be made by a credit card through the secure website.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

In which countries do you ship?
The Stylist Depot does ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear in the country list during the checkout process, please contact us.

How does shipping work? 
We will send the item directly to you within . Shipping costs will be added to your item at the checkout. See our shipping and delivery page for more details.

Do you offer express delivery?
Express Delivery is currently not offered at the checkout.
In case you need to receive your parcel within a short amount of time, please contact us before making your purchase so we can provide you with an express delivery shipping fee quotation for your country.

Are there any imports or export restrictions I should be aware of?
Generally there are few or no import/export restrictions on second-hand clothing. Within the UK, customs and excise require a packing list for contents of parcels being sent to and from abroad - however, if you are in any doubt, advice should be sought from an official body within your jurisdiction.
